In a mixing bowl add olive oil, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire, lemon juice, brown sugar, italian seasoning, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper; whisk well.
Place pork chops in gallon-size resealable bag. Pour marinated into bag with pork chops and press out excess air. Seal bag and shake bag until all pork chops are coated. Marinate for 1-2 hours at room temperature.
Preheat grill or pan to medium high heat (approx. 375 degrees). Cook until internal temperature indicates 145 degrees on an instant read thermometer (approximately 3 minutes on each side). Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
An indoor or outdoor grill can be used. If neither is available, a skillet or pan can be used.Pork chops can be marinated for a maximum of 8 hours. If marinating for longer than 2 hours, transfer meat to refrigerator to marinate. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour before cooking.
