The marination process

Made with olive oil, dijon, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire, lemon juice, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, garlic and parsley, it produces a flavorful, but tangy taste.

Marinate for a minimum of 1 hour, or a maximum of 8 hours in a resealable bag. If marinating for 1 – 2 hours, marinate at room temperature. However, if marinating longer, it is important to return to refrigerator for remainder of time. Let sit for 1 hour at room temperature if marinating longer than 2 hours.

The cooking process

An indoor or outdoor grill can be used. If neither is available, feel free to use a skillet or pan. However, because the marinade is so good, any cooking method will produce great results.

Cook meat at a temperature of 375 degrees. They will only need to cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side. Using an instant read thermometer, do not remove until it indicates a reading of 145 degrees. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

What to serve with pork chop

These go well with vegetables such as asparagus, green beans and broccoli. Also, they are great with mashed potatoes, or even a baked potato. Not to mention, they go well with rice or pasta too.
