Method
- In a small bowl, whisk mayo, dill and lemon to prepare mayo.
- Season salmon on both sides with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder.
- Cook Bacon according to package instructions. I like to cook my bacon in the oven on 425 degrees for 10 minutes, but it can be cooked however you like it.
- Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon and cook for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and let rest on a plate for 5 minutes.
- Serve on Ciabatta bread with lemon dill mayo, lettuce, tomato and bacon.
Notes
A non-stick pan is not required, but it is recommended.
This recipe can be doubled to prepare more sandwiches.
